Dependency Changes

• Our patched version of Apache’s XML Commons Resolver has been updated to fix nested catalog resolving in Windows. XML Merge now ships with version 1.2-patched-7

Enhancement

• XML Merge now has the capability of measuring usage by logging the merge operation details to either an XML file or database. However, this feature is disabled by default and it is only available if enabled via the license.
